William Stokes

William’s passion for fitness comes from his own weight loss journey, from 270lbs, to varsity rugby, to a certified trainer and now on team Canada for Kettlebell Sport. He loves to learn and to be pushed physically and mentally! He looks forward to meeting you all and showing a neat thing or two about kettlebells. He will be teaching group fitness and offering personal training for those interested in that physical and mental challenge or simply improving mobility and every day movements!
