Paul Elliott

Paul has been devoted to their understanding of health and exercise sciences since the senior years of secondary school where individual sports became of interest. They were fond of the sport of Olympic wrestling where strength and conditioning could positively affect one’s outcome. Despite not continuing with wrestling in post-secondary school, they continued to further their understanding of strength and conditioning, effective communication and the utilization of weightlifting derivatives in athlete and non-athlete populations.

Paul wishes to help Canadians of all ages and abilities realize the benefits of living an active lifestyle through engaging, and specific physical activity appropriate for the individual. Additionally, they aim to provide equitable opportunities through an inclusive environment for individuals to access physical activity including the accommodation of additional mobility needs.
