Personal Trainer

His journey started in a regular 9 to 5 Engineering job, where he felt stagnant and stuck in one place. Seeking a new life of adventure and to escape his comfort zone, Max set off to travel Asia and live in Australia. This challenged and forced him to explore different aspects of himself, life and work options. Finally deciding to pursue a career in a field he has always loved and had personally started over 6 years prior, fitness. Always prioritizing fun, outdoor activities, sports and movement, this felt like exactly what he wanted and should be doing. 

Max has spent 7 years weightlifting and increasing his strength before shifting his personal focus to Calisthenics (bodyweight exercises), Gymnastics style training and mobility for the past 3 years. He helps people discover a healthy life through flexibility, strength and having control over what their bodies are truly capable of.

He believes that going to the gym doesn’t have to be just doing cardio and lifting weights. He would love to introduce you to complex skills like Handstands, Gymnastic Ring workouts, movement flows and increasing end range capabilities, all while having fun doing it. 

Max’s training style is goal dependent but can include: 

  • Calisthenics
  • Weightlifting 
  • Circuit Training
  • Mobility/Flexibility (Active, Static, Dynamic, Loaded) 

Outside of work, you can find Max training, participating in various sports, playing games at the park, doing Acro Yoga and going on adventures locally and abroad.
