Group Fitness Instructor
My health and fitness journey began when I was a kid, training for soccer. As I grew up I also participated in calisthenics and yoga. This led me to strength training in the gym, which I do not only for physical goals, but also as a mental stress release. I ended up getting a range of fitness, yoga, and meditation certifications throughout the pandemic, as I realized how much joy creating backyard workouts brought me, finding new ways to stay physically active.
I love being diverse in my fitness practice, listening to my body and what it needs at that time. I prioritize strength, balance, movement, and mindfulness in my training, and my clients. Aside from exercise training itself, I aspire to create unique, positive relationships with all clients, based on individualism, joy in movement, and wellness.
