Anja is a certified Group Fitness Specialist. Her group teaching journey began over five years ago in Germany as a certified Cardio Kickboxing coach and expanded to circuit, strengthening and cardio fitness classes. She taught in various sports clubs and university sports before she joined The Program Fitness. It motivates her to see her clients of all ages and skill levels getting stronger every day. It’s her goal to provide a fun and encouraging environment for everybody. Her energy is contagious and will make the workout pass by fast.
In her free time she loves to hit the bag in kickboxing classes and spend time outdoors. Hiking and snowboarding are on the top of the list, closely followed by travelling around Canada and the world.
