Registered Holistic Nutritionist & Personal Trainer

Allison grew up in Kelowna, BC and moved to Vancouver in her early twenties where she quickly fell in love with living next to the ocean at English Bay and breathing in the fresh rainforest air of Stanley Park. 

She had a successful career managing luxury retail boutiques before turning to fitness as a way to rehabilitate her back after an injury. Not only did she learn how to live pain-free, but she also realized the many benefits of strength training – an increase in energy, a boost in mood, and a much stronger body than she could have ever imagined. Her love for this new lifestyle encouraged Allison to change her career and head back to school where she graduated as a Registered Holistic Nutritionist from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition, as well as becoming an ACE (American Council on Exercise) Certified Personal Trainer. 

Allison still remembers her ‘Day 1’ in the gym and all of the nerves and feelings of uncertainty that came along with it. Her genuine personality and warmth put her clients at ease as they are challenged to learn great form while having fun doing it. Since nutrition and strength training go hand in hand for optimal results, Allison is excited to be able to offer both to her clients.
