Alicia’s journey with movement began at a young age with 15 years of dance training and trying every sport along the way. She has now been working in the health and fitness industry for a decade. Her areas of expertise include corrective exercise, strength training, pre & post natal fitness, life coaching and women’s holistic health. Alicia is passionate about helping others improve their well-being and build confidence from the inside out, as she truly believes great health is a balance of caring for our mind, body and spirit.
