The Prøgram’s group fitness classes are designed for everyone to achieve their fitness goals. We specialize in functional fitness training, which focuses on preparing your body for any physical challenges faced in your daily activities. So whether you’re looking to gain strength, lean down, stay active, or a combination of all of the above, we’re here to help.

Our classes are all constructed in-house with a combination of Strength & Conditioning principles and Kinesiology background. This gives us a unique approach to training that you won’t find anywhere else.

Our Classes

The STRENGTH
Prøgram

The STRENGTH Program will guide you through a whole-body functional fitness class focused on pushing the limits of your muscular system.

The LEAN
Prøgram

The LEAN Program will utilize high-paced functional training movements to push the limits of your cardiovascular system.

The HYBRID
Prøgram

The HYBRID Program is the perfect combination of the STRENGTH & LEAN programs in one challenging class. 

The RUNNING
Prøgram

This specialty class provides runners of all levels & abilities the opportunity to supplement their running routine with functional strength training exercises.

The ROLL & RESTORE Prøgram

The ROLL & RESTORE Program implements foam rolling for training recovery and improved exercise performance. This recovery program will also include mobility movements to improve posture, increase range of motion, relax these muscles, and help decrease stress.

The PRE/POSTPARTUM Prøgram

The pre/postpartum Prøgram is designed to support this phase of a women’s life with mobility, full-body functional strength, low-impact cardio and pelvic floor exercises. The group class welcomes women in any stage of pregnancy and once you are cleared for exercise postpartum. Classes will have a variety of progressions and regressions to suit individual needs along the way. This program is a great way to improve your health and fitness, while building community.

The ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE Prøgram

Take the fundamentals provided by The STRENGTH Program, and start to push the limits of your athletic expression.

The BARBELL Prøgram

The Barbell Prøgram is a space for beginner to intermediate athletes who are looking to develop their olympic weightlifting skills, or progress current skills towards a competition level ability. Each class will have a specific focus on either the snatch, or the clean & jerk. Similar to our other prøgrams, phases will be 4 week blocks each with a different focus.

The Pre/Postpartum Prøgram

The pre/postpartum Prøgram is designed to support this phase of a women’s life with mobility, full-body functional strength, low-impact cardio and pelvic floor exercises. The group class welcomes women in any stage of pregnancy and once you are cleared for exercise postpartum. Classes will have a variety of progressions and regressions to suit individual needs along the way. This program is a great way to improve your health and fitness, while building community.

I started attending Jordy’s group classes a few months ago with minimal gym experience. It can be very nerve wracking for women with little fitness experience to go to gym classes, but Jordy is wonderful! He helps you make adjustments to suit your body/any injuries, always has good playlists and above all is like having a motivational friend in your corner while you work out! Workouts at the program have become a pillar in my weekly routine so much so I’ve recruited 2 friends who were also fitness adverse to join the classes with me on a regular basis. Been going here for about a month now, and I can't rave enough about it. The Program offers full body work outs at your own personal station. The small class size is great and allows for opportunities for one on one feedback, pointers on form, etc. The space is open and bright and Jordy is welcoming and encouraging trainer! I’ve definitely never been stronger than since joining last summer! 10/10 recommend 😁
