Our classes are all constructed in-house with a combination of Strength & Conditioning principles and Kinesiology background. This gives us a unique approach to training that you won’t find anywhere else.

The STRENGTH
Prøgram
The STRENGTH Program will guide you through a whole-body functional fitness class focused on pushing the limits of your muscular system.
The LEAN
Prøgram
The LEAN Program will utilize high-paced functional training movements to push the limits of your cardiovascular system.
The HYBRID
Prøgram
The HYBRID Program is the perfect combination of the STRENGTH & LEAN programs in one challenging class.
The RUNNING
Prøgram
This specialty class provides runners of all levels & abilities the opportunity to supplement their running routine with functional strength training exercises.
The ROLL & RESTORE Prøgram
The ROLL & RESTORE Program implements foam rolling for training recovery and improved exercise performance. This recovery program will also include mobility movements to improve posture, increase range of motion, relax these muscles, and help decrease stress.
The PRE/POSTPARTUM Prøgram
The pre/postpartum Prøgram is designed to support this phase of a women’s life with mobility, full-body functional strength, low-impact cardio and pelvic floor exercises. The group class welcomes women in any stage of pregnancy and once you are cleared for exercise postpartum. Classes will have a variety of progressions and regressions to suit individual needs along the way. This program is a great way to improve your health and fitness, while building community.
The ATHLETIC PERFORMANCE Prøgram
Take the fundamentals provided by The STRENGTH Program, and start to push the limits of your athletic expression.
The BARBELL Prøgram
The Barbell Prøgram is a space for beginner to intermediate athletes who are looking to develop their olympic weightlifting skills, or progress current skills towards a competition level ability. Each class will have a specific focus on either the snatch, or the clean & jerk. Similar to our other prøgrams, phases will be 4 week blocks each with a different focus.
The Pre/Postpartum Prøgram
The pre/postpartum Prøgram is designed to support this phase of a women’s life with mobility, full-body functional strength, low-impact cardio and pelvic floor exercises.
