Chlarence Yu

Chlarence’s fitness journey began with his own weight loss journey in 2019 which led him to discover his strong passion for exercise and fitness as a whole. Since then Chlarence has accumulated experience teaching group fitness classes, coaching sports, as well as athletic performance development in team settings. Wholeheartedly believing that living a physically active lifestyle is not only beneficial for your physical health, but for your mental and emotional health as well. Chlarence enjoys helping everyone reach their fitness goals in life, whether that be completing your first 5km run, increasing numbers on your squat, or simply being able to keep up with your kids during playtime.

Chlarence is currently finishing up his Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology at the University of British Columbia, with aspirations of becoming a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist as well as a Registered Kinesiologist in the near future. In his free time Chlarence enjoys working out, baking bread, or playing with his dog, Spoons!
